Perishable Nature:
Each batch is tested before shipping, therefore I cannot be held responsible for any variations in consistency due by delivery delays, exposure to warmer weather, or failure to follow storage instructions.
as my henna cones are perishable, I cannot accept returns for fresh henna items or offer refunds.
Damaged Items:
If your henna product arrives damaged, please notify me immediately. Send images of the damage so that I can analyse the problem. The tip may occasionally bend the tip during shipping, but this shouldn't affect the cone's functionality.
Delivery :
Please keep in mind that refunds cannot be issued if the shipment is delayed or not delivered due to circumstances beyond my control. This must be brought up with Royal Mail.
